Okay, I am going to try blogging again. I have never really been very good at it, but everyone says that it can really help you reach your goals. I recently started visiting Sparkpeople again after a long break. I went back to school and got busy with other things. It seemed like I didn't really have time to be on here every day tracking things and reading articles. Well low and behold my weight went back up. I was still eating fairly healthy but my exercise dropped way off. Again, no time it seemed. Well now I need to make time! Like I said, I have been quietly tracking and gradually getting back into being mindful of what I eat and the exercise I do. I have lost 9 pounds in the last 5 weeks and hope to continue moving in that direction. I am hoping my old friends here will accept me back and that I will be able to make some new ones. So here's to new beginnings!
