Excuses to not workout or eat something I know I shouldn't.... Why am I doing this? Who am I doing it for? Me that's who, I want to be healthy, I want to have energy, I want to stop taking medication and pricking my fingers, I want to do this. So where are the excuses not to? There are no excuses.
