Loving the morning walks.

Thirty minutes, two miles. A couple of small hills, sidewalks the whole way, it's over before you know it & and I can check it off of my to-do list.
My alertness increases.
My mood lifts.
My legs feel strong & my lungs feel clean.
Morning walks improve everything about my life.
Haven't slimmed me down any, but that's because I'm eating too much.
