I'm learning a lot about the food I eat every day. Tracking it has been a real eye opener. I love both the daily feedback page because I see a history of whether I'm within the daily range for each nutrient I'm tracking. I also love the full nutritional report that lets me what each food contributes to each daily nutrient that I'm tracking. If I go over a certain nutrient, I can tell which foods contributed the most.
I'm trying to meet the daily recommended breakdown between carbs, protein & fat. It can become a real challenge to balance everything and to provide a good variety.
For the past couple of days, I use the evening snack to round out my day. If I need more carbs to meet the day's requirement, I'll choose something higher in carbs.
I'm learning something every day. Both are amazing and extremely useful reports in my estimation.
