My alarm is going off at 6.30 now and I am getting to the swimming pool by 7. This morning I managed a whole hour which was an achievement. I got cramp in my foot after about 30 mins but managed to get rid of it and it didn't return.
Tomorrow the new Spring into Summer 5% challenge starts. It took me longer than the 8 weeks to lose 5% last challenge, but hopefully this one will go a bit better. 5% is 11.5 lbs, so it should be possible if I keep going with the exercise and healthy nutrition. 3 weeks and we will be off on holiday to Aldernay, the smallest Channel Island, so I am hoping to have lost another 5 lbs by then and not to have to use a seatbelt extension. We'll see!
