Find a way, or make one . . .

Friday, May 10, 2013

I have always heard that:

It's true, isn't it? It's so easy to find an excuse if it's really something you don't want to do, right? I've been there & done that & even gotten the t-shirt! emoticon emoticon

Think about your healthy lifestyle a minute. How badly do you really want that? How badly do you want to feel better & look better? How badly do you want a healthy body? Unfortunately for me it took a pretty big health scare to get my attention. I could have done something about my weight many years ago, but it wasn't important to me & I put it off until later. Later just happened to have the "cancer" word attached to it. Yikes!! Wake-up call!! Ring Ring!!!

I beg you . . . don't wait until a health scare to do this healthy lifestyle thing. Please learn from my mistakes & start now . . . TODAY!! Don't wait another second longer!!

Yes, we're going to meet up with some obstacles:

If itís important to you, youíll find a way. If not, youíll find an excuse. ~Frank Banks~

Blessings to you!! emoticon emoticon

Excellent blog and advice! I'm sorry you had the wake-up call you did, but glad that you answered it. How else would we have met otherwise? hehehe Seriously though -- I'm glad you are doing so well and are open to sharing your wisdom and experience. emoticon

Excuses are easier, we need to challenge ourselves to outsmart the excuses.

Words of wisdom, NILLA! First 'n' foremost, I wishyou an abundance of good health - now and forever. I've had health scares and health crises, and I've been overweight and normal-weight when they happened. There's much less stress to cope with, it seems, when the anxiety of worrying about my weight is no longer there. That frees up my energy to deal with what's on the table, so to speak... emoticon

We all live like tomorrow is never going to come and then one day life has passed us by and it is late. Live in the now, make each day count.
