Not so good night

Friday, May 10, 2013

Well I went to class and got out an hour early- having a hour drive - I was pretty glad that class was getting out early... UNTIL I had a medical issue that prompted me to get the emergency room.

I spent most of the night at the hospital taking care of my issue - will have to follow up with my dr. Then I got a text that my dad also went to the hospital - although I expected that - my brother called me on my way to school - (I asked him to go check on dad tonight) dad's vitals were not too good. I called his doc and was told to monitor him - take him to the ER if I thought he was not doing well. Long story short - dad called 911 and went off to the hospital all by himself - longer story shorter... I am disappointed in some of my family tonight! Dad is doing OK, but doc thinks it is time to place dad in a care facility - most of my siblings are against this - but the ones who scream the loudest are never around! I cannot be there 24/7.

Then to top my night off - I went upstairs ready for bed 30 minutes ago (330 am) and there is a dead bat in the middle of my sitting room! My cat must have killed it. Now I am worried he might get rabbies.

Lord - Please give me your peace. I need a few hours of sleep, but there is NO way I sleeping upstairs with a dead bat in my sitting room... there might be more and they might be alive!!
