Insanity

The weather is getting warmer, which means people are shedding their clothes and it is not a pretty sight! I need to get more aggressive in my workouts, so I am going to do Insanity. I have to look up the plan. I got it when I found out I was pregnant, so I did bits of it while I was pregnant, but didn't go crazy. So now that my baby turns 1 in less than 2 months, I wanted to get back to where I was before he was born. The scale is exact, but I can see the jello tummy where I want it to be firm. Yesterday I did 40 min of insanity and was surprised I was able to complete most of it! most. Hey, it is a start. boy was I dripping in sweat! It is more aggressive than zumba is, so here I go pumping it up a notch! wish me luck. OH, plus, I will be writing down what I eat. The accountability helps! then I eat less.
