I still haven't started exercising again even though I took out my exercise equipment a week ago. Today, after coming back from work at 11 pm, I noticed that I can't turn on the fans in the room because I get cold and achy and just want to get under the covers. I get more motivated when its warm. Btw, right now the mild cold makes my bones achy. Especially my elbow, which I hurt 2 1/2 months ago by sleeping with it hyperextended hanging from the edge of my bed and with the cold air from a fan on it. Now, if I don't compress it, the whole forearm hurts when I move it or my hand.
I could name so many obstacles that I've had that I haven't been able to exercise. What I should do is work out through them because there's always going to be something. Some ache, some pain, some illness. From TMJD, to toothaches, migraines, the flu, strep throat, sprained ankle, hurt heel, messed up knee, to now this elbow. I need to stay focused and motivated. I've known people who really have limitations and they have done it. :)
