This morning I weighed in and I was thrilled. I finally got off my plateau and lost 1 pound!
That 1 pound has put me at my lowest weight in many years and 10 pounds from my weight loss goal!
Today I got up bright and early to get my walking in. I did 45 minutes of cardio and I felt so good that I did my strength training exercises too. It is finally sinking in as to how much better it is to get that walk over with in the morning! It gives me more energy for the rest of the day.
I have followed my nutrition tracker and stayed within my goals for today so everything is o.k. My plan is to keep that extra pound off and then some. But I will take it one step at a time. Right now I am just thrilled to be taking some positive steps on my lifetime journey.
