Ok, it's all good.

1 lb 95/5 ground beef
1 can black beans w/jalapeño
2 cans pinto beans
1 can navy beans
2 cans rotel (chili flavor)
1/2 white onion
1 can beef stock

Put all beans in a strainer and rinse well.
Cook ground beef with onion. . Drain off fat.
Add 1 TBS chili powder,
1 TBS vinegar,
1 tsp sugar,
1 TBS worsch,
1 tsp kosher salt,
garlic (5 cloves minced),
Add 1/2 can of beef stock and 1 can rotel. All the cayenne to taste.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add all the beans and 2nd can of rotel and rest of stock, 1/2 can of beer or 1 c water. . Cover and simmer for 1/2 hr.

Ok, now I'm going to see what the damages are.
