this is hard

for the past couple of days i have been trying to stay below 1300 calories. But I am still hungry and want more so that is all i can think about. i really want to give up but i am slowly trying to just take one day at a time.

    Don't force yourself to eat less than 1300 calories, in fact you may be sabotaging yourself by doing so. SP offers you a range of 1200-1500 calories to accommodate that you will feel more hungry on certain days. If you feel hungry eat more, as your body will tell you. Not perfection but progress. Good luck in your weight loss journey! emoticon
