So Fatigued.....

I am feeling sooo tired today. I haven't blogged in a couple of days and wanted to drop a few lines before I went to bed.
This week has been pretty good for the most part. I've been good at tracking my meals, drinking 8 cups of water, and have been on top of my workouts.
I am very fatigued today...... But that is normal for me while I'm in the midst of my cycle. (sorry if any guys are reading this!)
I had great workout yesterday though! Today I am going to skip it. My body is pleading for sleep and more Advil.... emoticon
Tomorrow is another day...... I decided I am not going to stress out about not working out today. Besides I walked over 10,000 steps today without even trying!!! emoticon

    Sometimes a little meditation rather than the workout can calm the mind rather than add to the frenzy. (And no, you don't have to sit like that.
    I do sitting/seated meditation all of the time with my hands on my lap. ) emoticon

    Try taking some vitamins to help you out with feeling trier. I know that sometimes when you are trier you do not want to work out. But even if you just 15 mins. you are staying on track. Keep pushing and yes, tomorrow is a new day.
