I am feeling sooo tired today. I haven't blogged in a couple of days and wanted to drop a few lines before I went to bed.
This week has been pretty good for the most part. I've been good at tracking my meals, drinking 8 cups of water, and have been on top of my workouts.
I am very fatigued today...... But that is normal for me while I'm in the midst of my cycle. (sorry if any guys are reading this!)
I had great workout yesterday though! Today I am going to skip it. My body is pleading for sleep and more Advil....
Tomorrow is another day...... I decided I am not going to stress out about not working out today. Besides I walked over 10,000 steps today without even trying!!!
