So today I decided to have a goal during my walk. I wanted to get some errand done instead of just walking. So, I decided to trick myself into walking more steps by walking to Walmart to return my DVDs.
DH is on a trip so I knew he wouldn't be there to "rescue" me if I got tired! So, not knowing how far it was ....it didn't seem that far....
I set off. An hour later I returned home VERY tired! LOL I was sure wishing DH would had been here to rescue me! LOL
I doubt I can trick myself with that one again! It isn't that bad but I haven't been walking lately so it was a lot today. I came back after tracking over 7000 steps.
I stuck with my food plan and am working on drinking my water earlier in the day.
Tomorrow is my son's graduation so I am not sure how to squeeze in walking but I'll give it a shot.
