today marks two days in a row that i am under my carb goals. perhaps if i can do this 5 days a week, i can lower my A1C even more. i hope so. i met the calorie goals too, so that's good. slightly over on fat, but, i can live with that... at least for today.
my next goal: get back on track on going to the gym. i didnt go much this week.
