Today wasn't a bad day - but I am really tired

Thursday, May 09, 2013

Had a great day at the pool - it was the highlight of the day. I am tired and heading to a wonderful night's sleep.

Blessings on all of you dear friends. Kisses of angels - hugs from your loved ones - kindness from all you encounter in your daily activities. Share YOUR love and kindness with everyone you come in contact with and you will find yourself living in a better world.

Good night all. . . . . . .

emoticon emoticon for commenting on my blog (s).

May I ask what you are cooking lately? I am not a great cook and I get bored with my very simple meals. If you have this written in a blog or a nutrition tracker, I can read it there. I am just awful at eating proper portions! My weigh tstays about 250-260. I can't seem to get lower than that. I had lost about 24 lbs with SP over 4 years.

I want to eat anti inflammatory foods.

Thanks! Chris
