I have a Charlene Prickett tape (yes, tape, not DVD) where she says that if you exercise consistently, after a while, "the hard you used to do isn't hard anymore. So, you work harder still". I had a day of curveballs and was only able to do a 30 min step tape today and it wasn't so hard anymore, so I decided to move the step up from 6-8 inches. We'll see how it goes next time I'm on the step.
