spcoach community action meal idea

Today's action step is to come up with a quick meal idea. I'm sure this has been done before but for me this is simple quick and nutritious

Salsa, no added sugar
Brown rice cooked
black beans
tastefully simple Wahoo Chili or cayenne pepper
2% shredded cheese (optional)

Served with a side of steamed broccoli and apple sauce
