One of my biggest time wasters is spending too much time on the computer. I work on my job sitting in front of a computer. I'm attending online classes and when I'm not on my computer taking classes I'm caught up in social networking. First, of all that's too much time sitting. Secondly, going to buy some of that time back by setting the amount of time I spend on facebook and stick to it no matter what. Then, I can use that time to exercise or prepare a healthy lunch for the next day. Yea, I think that's something worth implementing. Also, I'm going to practice standing up at my desk as much as possible, and walk around when possible. They're small changes but I think they're worth it.
