I was a little surprised when I stepped on the scale this morning. I somehow gained two pounds. But right away, I knew that it wasn't from going over on calories. I mean, I would have had to have eaten 7,000 calories over to gain two pounds. Which I most certainly did not do. I did however go over by a couple hundred on a couple of days, but still, that does not equal two pounds. So I thought about it. I have started doing a little strength training. Not a whole lot, but I wonder if that could be a factor. Plus work has been a little stressful and I figure that played into it a little too. So I don't know. It's hard not to be disappointed. But I'm going to just press on and hope that next weigh in will be better.
On the upside, I beat my logon streak! Last streak was 30 days and I'm nearly at 40 now. I saw someone that had a 1,000 day log on streak and I just might try to do it, too! I'm keeping with my other goals, and I think things are going to go well. So that's all for now!
