When I used sit on my butt stuffing my face with Oreos , I wasn't such a clean everyday type of woman, let alone care if the walls were scrubbed. Now that I am getting healthier I can breath better, I find myself cleaning now for hours on end. I started cleaning the mirror in the bathroom and ended up wiping all the doorways and molding in the hall. that was such a good workout I got 45 extra min and my back is still sweating! I feel terrific, my arms are little sore though. Wow, what an awesome workout! emoticon

    Active cleaning (not sitting and reading paperwork to sort it but scrubbing, vacuuming, and moving stuff) is a great workout - which makes it easy to not realize how much you're actually doing. Keep it up but take a day off from the really hard cleaning now and again to let your body rest - just like any workout.

  Cleaning house is such a great work out and many people don't realize this until they do it with gusto and energy and really deep clean from top to bottom and inside out. emoticon
