I decided to try to lose 5 pounds. This will be like my thin friends deciding they want to lose a few pounds. I am at a normal BMI. My clothes fit, but I want to have a flatter stomach and thinner legs. So I am adjusted my caloires down. BUT I am still eating at my old level. I am not sure what to do. I will try to have more MUFA, and try to eat cleaner. I am still hungry during the day. So it is a process.
But I love my body this way and even if the pounds don't come off, it is all good.
