Still taking a break

I've been taking it easy all week. Thinking about trying a run tomorrow. Maybe it will help with my sleeping...

    Hope you feet and ankles are feeling better. When they are can I suggest checking out classical stretch. It's a no impact full body workout shown on PBS. The reason I suggest it is she spends many shows stretching and loosening foot,ankle muscles as well as hips,shoulder and everything else. She comments that she helps many runners, ice skaters etc with foot and ankle problems. Not sure if it would help you but thought I'd put it out there!
