Got my fathers obituary written and submitted. I keep second guessing myself and thinking of more to put in but you can't put all of a personal's life on a piece of paper.
I've started on be more aware on eating..this time to eat as I've been skipping meals and not feeling like normal meals. Haven't logged yet but only because I was putting last minute arrangments for my dad's service and getting the obit done as higher priority.
So onward with the list...batteries in nustep and scale, (also added to that replacing lights in the house) , logging food and exercise and starting to live again.
Additional note: 1am finally dropping into bed but i did gardening for two friend today and took a walk with the dog and logged it. Also just tracked my food. How cool is that three goals down.
