The second week of following a month cleanse from "Bring It" has gone well, sort of. I am trying to go gluten free. The good thing about that is I have stopped mindless eating of the boys' snacks, teddy grahams, goldfish, etc. The bad thing is that I am snacking on a lot of cheese. I need to stock some better snacks; I did buy some hummus and have been eating that with veggies. I don't want to buy too much,trying to stay in a budget. I still have to make some tortillas with rice flour. And I did buy some gluten free oatmeal, looking forward to making that with almonds and dates. There are options but I have to get organized and use my brain.
