* My photo gallery tells the long and the short of it; the good and the bad of it.
* Anybody who thinks the numbers (weight, calories, BMI, grams of food, cholesterol, ...) don't matter is fooling themselves, to their own demise.
* Notice the bad recent "behavior".
* Off to the YMCA, today!

I'm lost. What group are you talking about?

O+O -- Over and Out

Yes I'm "go"ing -- but for the last week, headed in the wrong direction.

"Every good habit leads to better health" ONLY in the long run. Have I or others waited too long? As I have said earlier, weight loss, nutrition, and healthful (or non) habits are part of a stochastic process. On average they lead to ... And remember the "Law of Averages" is really the "Law of Large Numbers" -- that is, without a large sample size, results cannot be guaranteed. Moreover, what's "better" for a given person, may not be good enough, according to anyone's criteria.

You'll have to excuse my acute skepticism, today. Earlier I was examining YouTube videos on health and nutrition. It's impossible for me to comment on those without using extreme obscenity. Only the laws of thermodynamics limit the amount of BS that has been perpetrated in the names of nutrition and fitness. :-|
