Another good week here! I've been eating in my calorie range & working out as planned. I have been a little down with allergies but i'm continuing to work out 6 times a week burning a minimum of 250 calories.

So, I have a busy weekend that i'm hoping to be able to stay in my calorie range & continue my workouts. First, I have my sister's baby shower in chicago (now that we know the sex of the baby) and that will pretty much be an all day thing with travel time & then Sunday is Mother's day so i'm planning on spending that at my mom's house. Hopefully I can motivate myself to stay on track(and find the time)!!

    Allergies are horrible....ive been so sick with them. Good for you for not letting it affect your workouts, I had no choice but to take it easy this week with my allergies

    You are doing great! Enjoy the time with your family. As you prepare for the trip you are keeping your goals in mind. This is key to your success. Your motivation is high, and you have many tools to choose. Always remember to focus on each positive decision.

    A baby shower sounds like a great way to spend your Saturday. They are always super fun. What is your sister having? Good luck on fitting in your exercise and keeping your calories on track. You can do it if you stay focused!

    Have you thought about taking some safe snacks with you? That always helps me.
Enjoy the baby shower (boy or girl?) and your day with your mom.

  Just the fact that you are already thinking ahead is great! You will be fine....you are anticipating eating "other foods" so that tells me that you will be careful. Usually shower foods include veggies and fruits, so I am sure you will be fine.
