Day 11: totally procrastinating washing my car...

Thursday, May 09, 2013

Today I did: Stretch
My energy level was: 4. High
My water consumption was: 4. Enough to grow gills
My calorie balance was: 4. Still burnin', baby!
My mastery of the movements were: 3. In line with the tape
What statement best reflects the overall workout: 4. Bring on the next one!

My flexibility has improved. A lot, actually. I'm surprised that it has in only one week. It makes me happy though.
I still need to wash my car. I'll do it tomorrow. I have motivation, I'm going to a family I babysit for on Saturday so they can install the carseat for their son so I can pick him up from daycare and watch him until his mom gets home while his dad is out of town. I'm sure they don't want their 2 year old being in my dirty car! I don't want him breathing in the dust, either. lol.
At least it doesn't smell. My car always smells good. thank god for car fresheners...

That's a job that's easy to put off.

I'm glad u cleaned ur car. I got organized many years ago through Pam Young and Peggy Jones "The Slob Sisters' and learned to ALWAYS take the stuff out of my car DAILY when I went into the house, so I didn't have trash pile up in it like I had in the years past. Another one of their sayings I live by is PICK IT UP DON'T PASS IT UP. I put things back where they go. There are car organizers that help with small items. We spend a lot of time in our cars, but don't think much about it.
