Every day is a new day to begin again. So with that I have decided to make some changes in my goals. Most are the same, a few new.
1st Goal is 4000 or more steps each day.
2nd goal is to exercise for ten minutes each day.
3rd goal is to focus on the positive - Each day I will repeat a new affirmation , or positive
word. Today that affirmation is from Louise Hay "I forgive myself for not being
perfect. I am living the best way I know how"
I will also listen to self improvement tapes every night
Keep a positive attitude
Negative thoughts must go!!
4th Love myself.
This all sounds so easy, but I really struggle with some of it. Especially the exercise.
Exercise is the key component of changing my lifestyle, in addition to eating more fruit & veggies. I really need to push through the road blocks. Just keep telling myself you can do this. It's important so I will find a way to succeed.
