It took me several weeks to get psyched up to change my eating habits and to make my self get into a workout routine. I had just gotten back on track for about a week when I got hit with a pretty bad flu bug. I was in bed for 5 days and couldn't eat.
By the time I felt better I had lost my mojo. I haven't been to the gym and I haven't even been out for my break time walks. I've had breakfast burritos instead of my cream of wheat and I've had chicken nuggets instead of my chicken salad.
Here's to finding my mojo again!
