I finished my first week and I am happy!
I did not log any food for Saturday and Sunday. I am pretty sure I was over 3000 calories for both days. I only stayed in my calorie range for 1 out of 7 days.
Not really sure how it happened but I lost weight!!!
I am down 2 pounds and I will take it. I am not logging the food as closely as I could be. I am horrible at measuring and I am over estimating but I know that I am over my calorie range.
I couldn't believe that on the first day I walked over to the snack cabinet and just took a handful of chips without even thinking about it. It took me a moment to realize that I had to log what I just ate. Ugh! How often have I been doing that?
So next week I am striving to log the food, no more mindless eating and drink more water.
