Had a lot of pain in my left upper thigh due to running and over doing myself in aerobics. Changed it up and did some strength exercises but realized I could only do 15 minutes before getting too tired.
Jackknives - 20 Reps (3 Minutes)
Planking - 30 seconds
Arm & Leg lifts - 20 Reps (3 Minutes)
Tricep Extensions - 20 Reps (2 Minutes)
Abdominal Hip Raises - 20 Reps (2 Minutes)
Abdominal V-ups - Legs Straight Or Bent 15 Reps (1 30 seconds Minute)
Abdominal V-ups - Legs Straight Or Bent - Opposite Side - 10 Reps (1 Minute)
Abdominal Front Hip Lift - 10 Reps (1 Minute)
Toe Touches - 10 Reps (1 Minute)
I think I just need to take a day off.. and just count this as an extremely light work out session day. Or perhaps a semi cheat day without cheating on the food part of things.
Now to relax and let this leg fix itself. Back at aerobics tomorrow!
