So yesterday turned out to be a "good" day. It took me forever to finish the report I was working on and I didn't get in that much movement but I made a conscious effort to get up whenever I could. Today's article brings home the point that I have to own my choices and tell my story. "The story you are telling yourself at any moment is the foundation of your motivation, or lack of it. Make sure you are telling yourself the story you need to hear. And the best way to really come to believe your story is to see it come true in the small, well-chosen steps you take every day. "
I don't know why I stopped setting daily goals for awhile but I do know that it is important right now that I keep doing it.

Goals for today!
Complete at least 1 report and make all needed phone calls
Complete at least 2 strength exercises
Cook all of dinner tonight-not just the side dishes
Drink at least 16oz of tea and at least 96oz of water
5 servings of freggies at least
Wrap up the meat for the freezer
