I joined sparkpeople many years ago with some success only to gain my weight back.. because I like to eat! I am very aware that my poor eating habits developed at childhood. I rejoined sparkpeople last year and was slow to start my journey.. I got on track in September 2012 and lost 30 lbs by February 2013. I am blogging because I think it will help me keep going. I have fallen off track and I feel my jeans are tighter around my stomach and thighs. I refuse to buy new clothes. This is to remind me how far I have come and I can and will meet my goal by this fall (Oct. 2013.
