Here I present my awful, embarrassing "before" picture.
This was taken last week when I went to Paris for a computing conference. I'm on the far right with the big gut sticking out over my jacket. So, I just wanted to get a "before" picture up here so I can start making some "after" pictures.
I'm spending the first part of my morning planning out my meals for the day. I know the Spark Solution has meals planned out for you, but I just am too picky when it comes to food. I'll just do some swapping and keep the calorie levels about the same.
For exercise I'm going to do some at home zumba that I created with a youtube channel. Over the last year I have been perfecting this channel into a fun, doable workout. Spark Solution says to do 20 minutes of cardio, but I think I'll end up going longer. I haven't been super sedentary the last few months, so I think I can push it up one notch.
Goals thus far:
lose 5% of my body weight (0%/5% complete)
blog daily (1/14 complete)
follow spark solution fitness plan
feel comfortable in size 12
walk 10,000 steps per day (1/15 complete)
