Mid-Week Update

I've had a much better week. It hasn't been perfect, but I've definitely made some positive changes. I've been going to bed right when I get home and I've been waking up earlier (on my own) and going to for a walk or run before work. For the most part I ate really healthy, but I still got into the patient snack pantry. My work week is finished so starting next week I'm going to bring in a Vegan protein/energy shake to kinda sip on all night. It is just so hard with the carb cravings at work! I have to have something!

Here's a pic of the new swimsuit I got from Victoria's Secret. It fits well! I'll take a pic of me in it the next time I go to the pool.


My plan for the rest of the week is to continue to eat right and keep active. They opened a new HEB close to my house and it is OUTSTANDING! (HEB is a grocery store, BTW). They have the most impressive sushi/sashimi counter I've ever seen at a grocery store. Here's what I'm having for lunch today! Fresh salmon poke


I'll give a weekend update! Thanks everyone for supporting me and encouraging me out of this funk I've been in!
