With my long run on Tuesday and my weekend run on Sunday instead of Saturday, my schedule is all outta wack. I keep getting lost in time. Sometimes I think it's the weekend, sometimes I think that it's gotta be Monday or Tuesday by now, given that my long run, normally on the weekend, was a few days ago. It's crazy how quickly your body and mind adjust to a schedule, and how quickly your mind gets confused when that schedule changes.
Yesterday I did some ST, DDR and swimming. Tonight I'm either going to do some hill sprints or go swimming.
Oh, but on the good side, my weight is back down to it's lowest (along my weight loss journey). I'm hoping that it's ready to go down again after a month of not budging. I know my body composition has been changing because I've been losing inches but it would be nice to see the scale move again.
