Fun fact about protein

Did you know your body can only absorb about 20 grams of protein at a time? The rest just goes right on through (lol). So it's much better and more effective to eat your protein in smaller doses throughout the day rather than all at one time.

(Still reading the "Nutrition" chapter of "Rowing Faster" haha)

    It depends on your body size but that is basically right! That is why I always wonder at the people who try to get like 150g a day. How often do they eat??
