For the last three months I've been using the The Fast Diet. I have lost over 20 pounds. This has been the easiest "Diet" I have ever done, and I have done them all. I did "Protein Power" 13 years ago and I lost over 40 pounds, but couldn't sustain it not being able to eat the carbohydrates I love. While using the The Fast Diet, I can eat anything on five days a week. When I say anything, I mean anything. French Fries, Rice, Bread, Cake, Brownies, Chips, etc. Only two days a week do I have watch what I eat. If you can watch the BBC Horizon documentary Eat, Fast, and Live Longer, by Dr. Michael Mosley.
