Yesterday was my first day tracking all of my food. It really helped to keep me from going overboard. I had just about 1300 calories. I was also able to getnout for a walk. It was with my toddler in hand so it was super slowww but right now im focusing on getting us out consistently and timing and pace can come later with sitting him in the stroller so i can move fasterband go further. A nice little start though!
Today, i plan on putting the tot in the stroller to walk. Then when husband gets home later we will go to the playground. I also want to start the nike training app and Meal and activity plan for next week along with my other to dos. Fun fun! Better get started.
