Oh goodness I am feeling a bit over whelmed. I have a lot of different events coming up. I am use to having control of what I eat. I measure and weigh everything. Today I have been invited to a friends house for lunch, I have not a clue what is on the menu. Tonight a dinner at church I think I will be ok for that one. It's going to be baked chicken, veggie and tater so that is not to bad. I can make that one work. Then a cook out Saturday. Next week a Relay for life dinner not sure whats on the menu, then next Saturday a dinner at the Outback which I am going to look at the menu a head of time. See I always plan may menu out and track it a day a head of time so I know just what I am doing. I need to learn how to do this, for I will have many events pop up in my life. I am going to remember my portion sizes and remember not to go with any thing that is creamy or shining looking. Please keep your fingers crossed for me. I am open to any suggestions.
