I made the Pork Cabbage Saute on page 64 tonight and it was delicious! I just rec'd this book yesterday and my first impression was it was smaller than the other books as far as dimensions. But I like it, the book is loaded with recipes and pictures! My husband ate the Pork Cabbage Saute tonight and said, "This is very yummy!" It also smells good. You want to be careful on the amount of onion or it could overpower the cabbage. I said, I'm glad I didn't add extra of the onion! The dish took about 15 minutes to make.
