Long Time, No Blog

HI Spark Friends! Long time, no blog. I haven't stopped trying, though. I mean, I have been eating healthy foods and I walk a lot every day, aiming for the 10,000 step goal on my FitBit One every day.. Sometimes I even get to that! My weight is maintaining - about 240.. but to actually get down to 200, I need to focus more, track food, and exercise a bit more. I am going to try to come back every few days here and check in to start dropping more weight and feel even better. I did make a video blog for you the other day, but not sure if I'll be posting it or not. I wish they had an EASY way to post vlogs directly from a phone like you can to facebook or Youtube. Alas.

    Just checking on you to say Hi! I am still maintaining too, and more exercise would help but this lead is heavy.

    I take on a new lesson daily to stay on track.... It's not the length of time it takes, it's the knowing we all are in this circle together to be healthy .. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Hey, Wendy! I was just skulking around people's SparkPages, looking up people I haven't seen in awhile. Glad to see you're still Sparking! I didn't see you on a BLC team, so I hope you're finding other ways to stay motivated and accountable.

Did you lose your Fitbit? I haven't seen you on my Fitbit page in awhile, it looked like you dropped off the tracking totally. I hope you're still walking, even if you can't keep it recorded through Fitbit!

    Look who's popped her head back out of her shell! And now you've crawled back in again!

It's been a few weeks since I have been walking because I have been sick as a dog, but I finally made my 50 pounds lost mark and have passed it by 7 pounds already, so that is all good news. I want to lose 100 pounds, so I am a little over half way there.

Get your butt back into gear and work the program again. It's almost been a year for me, so I have about 3 more weeks before the anniversary is upon me. Would love to see you more active on here before that day!!

So dig in your heels and bust your butt and get the summer under way with your wonderful son. Make him walk with you and Nessa every day! And step away from the ice cream treats!! I've had to ban it from the house -well, except that past 2 weeks when I was down with strep throat. It's allowed then! hehe

    Hi Wendy, it's so good to hear from you again. The main thing that you're doing with not giving up is the best way you can be. I'm in the same boat with gaining weight back. About 13# now up. It's medicine weight but also I know that there's room for improvement on my end too! We can do this! I know that we can when we really put our nose to the grindstone!

    Hi! I don't know you, but I'm just returning to SparkPeople myself and you and I are right around the same weight, so maybe we can help motivate one another. I know that every time I leave the Spark community behind, I end up gaining weight. SparkPeople is just such a great source of both support and accountability and I think that's what we all need to be successful in our weight loss.
