HI Spark Friends! Long time, no blog. I haven't stopped trying, though. I mean, I have been eating healthy foods and I walk a lot every day, aiming for the 10,000 step goal on my FitBit One every day.. Sometimes I even get to that! My weight is maintaining - about 240.. but to actually get down to 200, I need to focus more, track food, and exercise a bit more. I am going to try to come back every few days here and check in to start dropping more weight and feel even better. I did make a video blog for you the other day, but not sure if I'll be posting it or not. I wish they had an EASY way to post vlogs directly from a phone like you can to facebook or Youtube. Alas.
