Well here I am again. It has been almost two years since I joined this site. When I first joined I was doing really good. I lost about 15 pounds in a couple of months. I don't know what happened or why I stopped keeping up with this site. I gained all my weight back plus a little more. As the seasons changed, I realized I could not fit into any of my clothes for spring and summer. I decided to give this another go around. I really want to do this and lose the weight. I think my goal for fitness is going to be to run in a 5k. It is a little difficult to train because I had a stress fracture in my foot last year and it has been bothering me a lot lately. I am going to try to work through the pain and take care of it. I would like to do the Color Run in October. I would like to get my sister involved with me and do it together. Wish me luck!

    Welcome Back! I did a Color Run last year and had a BLAST! I don't even think I ran any of it...just walked with my Mom and Sister and had a great time. :-)

Best wishes on getting your foot back to a good place...believe me, I understand as I am recovering from knee surgery this past February. Better to be safe, than sorry...so just make sure you are working out within your limits and doing RICE during your recovery periods.

    emoticon Don't re-injure that foot. Maybe do some other form of exercise.
