I bough a nutribullet for two reasons
to get more greens in to my diet
to see if I am ready for a vegetarian diet
I've been following Brendan Brazier's website (Thrive forward) to increase my understanding of how to choose foods for complete nutrition. It's been easy. Most of my intake is raw, but I still enjoy soups and stews.
I shared with my family, my sister being very supportive.
I made a little shopping guide to make sure I have the pyramid of fresh foods ready to go. For instance I shoot for a mix of dark, starchy and leafy greens plus sea vegetables, seeds& nuts, pseudograins. I found that by winging it I get everything but protein fiber and zinc. It seems I have to have two servings of beans every day to make the numbers.
