I just read the blog about sharing your weight loss goals. I find that when I share my goals with some family members they start watching what I am eating and commenting on my food choices. For those reasons I like to keep my goals to myself. The only one I have shared them with is one of the instructors at the gym. She had noticed my intensity at the gym and commented so I shared my goals with her. She is very encouraging.
I have the exercise portion of this process under control. Now I have to place more focus on proper food choices.
