I was a little worried last night was going to ruin my efforts of my runs and walks. I went out with- I'm sorry I actually got dragged out last night to go to the bar. Now I don't drink much, but I did last night. I know that alcohol has a ton of carbs and is a calorie trap so I don't really don't do it often, besides its expensive. That with the not so healthy food I hate the past few days I was sure I just gained back the weight I have been having a hard time losing. For the past four or five weeks I have stayed around the same five pounds gaining and losing them and I have to say I now know why. I think it has a lot to do with I was lying to myself about how well I was actually trying. Its aaaalll about consistancy. Well after staying on top of my 5k training, and eating as well as I can for a girl with no money, I finally broke my 5lb barrier! Wooo! When I went for a walk yesterday I could actually feel the strength in my legs and that was a cool feeling:)
