My real fitness goals are endless. I want to be physically able to participate in high endurance and fun activities. I want to run 5K's and more. I want to play volleyball, basketball an baseball and kick a soccer ball around the yard with the kids and so many other yard games.
One thing at a time, I know. So for starters, I am setting my fitness goal to start participating in 5K's again. A this time I can walk a 5K, so I am gong to look for local runs or walks to participate. Even if I finish last, I will do them, and try to beat my time in each one. As I get better and I can run a 5K, I will work on up to 10K's and up. I will also play yard games with the kids for as long as I can, and work to playing for a longer time.
