Rye or rice? The verdict is in!

Yesterday I expressed my frustration of keeping track of my water! I figured out a way to do it that is EASY! And I can't mess up! I have my phone on me all the time and so I looked at the Sparkpeople tracker APP that I have on my iphone and guess what? You can track just water if you want! So I am doing that! So much easier than trying to write it down all the time!
And then I get distracted and forget whether I checked it off or not!
This was last night's dinner! Roasted Chicken with Zucchini ( with basil and onion) on a bed of greens.
Yesterday I tested RYE! 'well more accurately RETESTED RYE!
Last time I tested it there was no weight loss.
This time I tested it there was no weight loss.
Conclusion, Rye is not the best for me at the moment.
So from now on I will have to substitute Bismati Brown rice instead of the Rye going forward. I might test it again down the road! ( especially since I have half a package of rye crackers left!!!)
So today I am going my only OTHER friendly day outside of the first 3 days which are considered a cleanse! Back to day 4!
Then tomorrow I will proceed to Day 6 and RETEST LAMB.
