So I went to to an event called Fit in 5. For five weeks once a week we walk. Starting at one mile and going up to three. They had health assessments( bmi, blood pressure). BP was good. I also lost two pounds! I know it happened in this last week or so. Since I have been more physical and eating better. The last week of the walking challenge they will compare the results. Hopefully I can lose 10 pounds. That would be awesome! I will take 8 as well. Don't want to take my expectations too high. But I am excited for the challenge!
